وثيقة سياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات — تطبيق IPS

تلتزم إدارة تطبيق IPS بحماية خصوصية المستخدمين والكوادر العاملة في الصيدليات، وتوفير بيئة رقمية آمنة تضمن سرية البيانات وفق معايير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة. IPS هو نظام لإدارة أعمال الصيدلية (المخزون، المبيعات، الموظفين، والموردين) مخصص للموظفين والإدارة، ومناسب للاستخدام من عمر 13 سنة فأكثر.

أولاً: البيانات التي يتم جمعها والأذونات المطلوبة

نجمع البيانات التالية لضمان تشغيل خدمات التطبيق بكفاءة:

• بيانات الهوية والحساب: مثل الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف (إن وُجد)، وكود الصيدلية، وذلك لإنشاء الحساب، التحقق من الهوية، وإدارة صلاحيات الدخول للموظفين والمديرين.
• بيانات الموقع الجغرافي (GPS): نطلب إذن الموقع لتحديد موقع الصيدلية/نطاق الخدمة عند الحاجة، وتسهيل الربط الميداني والميزات المرتبطة بالموقع داخل النظام. لا نستخدم الموقع لأغراض إعلانية.
• إذن الكاميرا: تُستخدم الكاميرا حصراً لمسح الباركود الخاص بالأدوية والمنتجات، لتسريع البحث والجرد وإدارة الطلبات. لا نستخدم الكاميرا للتصوير العشوائي أو المراقبة.
• الإشعارات: لإرسال تنبيهات تشغيلية مهمة مثل تنبيهات المخزون أو الدوام عند تفعيلها.
• بيانات التشغيل داخل النظام: مثل سجلات المخزون والمبيعات والموظفين والموردين بحسب استخدام الصيدلية للنظام.

ثانياً: أغراض استخدام البيانات

• التحقق من هوية الموظفين والمستخدمين وضمان أمان النظام.
• إتمام العمليات الصيدلانية اليومية: إدارة المخزون، المبيعات، والموردين عبر مسح الباركود والأدوات الإدارية.
• تقديم الدعم الفني والإداري، وإرسال التحديثات والإشعارات المتعلقة بالخدمة.
• تفعيل الاشتراك وتشغيل الحساب المدفوع عند الحاجة.

ثالثاً: حماية وأمان البيانات

• نستخدم اتصالاً مشفراً (HTTPS) وتدابير أمنية لحماية البيانات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو التسريب.
• يقتصر الوصول إلى البيانات على الأشخاص المصرح لهم ولأغراض العمل المحددة داخل الصيدلية/النظام.

رابعاً: مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

• لا نبيع ولا نؤجر البيانات الشخصية لأغراض تسويقية.
• قد تُعالَج بعض البيانات عبر مزودي خدمات ضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات وبوابة الدفع عند الاشتراك)، وبقدر ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة فقط.
• لا يتم الإفصاح عن البيانات إلا عند الالتزام بالقوانين النافذة أو بناءً على أوامر رسمية من الجهات المختصة.

خامساً: التحكم بالبيانات والأذونات

• يمكن للمستخدم/الموظف مراجعة وتحديث بياناته الشخصية عبر إعدادات الملف الشخصي داخل التطبيق قدر الإمكان.
• يمكن تعديل أو إلغاء أذونات الموقع والكاميرا والإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت. إيقاف هذه الأذونات قد يؤثر على بعض الوظائف الأساسية (مثل قارئ الباركود أو الميزات المعتمدة على الموقع).
• لطلب حذف الحساب أو بيانات مرتبطة به، تواصلوا معنا عبر البريد أدناه.

سادساً: فئة المستخدمين

التطبيق موجّه لموظفي الصيدليات والإدارة، ومناسب لمن أعمارهم 13 سنة فأكثر. وهو ليس موجهاً للأطفال الأصغر من ذلك.

سابعاً: التعديلات على السياسة

تحتفظ إدارة IPS بحق تحديث سياسة الخصوصية عند الحاجة. يتم نشر النسخة الأحدث على هذه الصفحة، وقد يتم إشعار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر النظام عند الإمكان.

Privacy & Data Protection Policy — IPS App

IPS PharmaSys (“IPS”, “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users and pharmacy staff, and to providing a secure digital environment that keeps information confidential under appropriate technical and organizational standards. IPS is a pharmacy business-management system (inventory, sales, staff, and suppliers) intended for employees and management, and is suitable for users aged 13 and above.

1) Data we collect and permissions we request

We collect the following data to operate the service effectively:

• Identity and account data: such as name, email, phone number (if provided), and pharmacy code, used to create accounts, authenticate users, and manage staff/manager access rights.
• Location (GPS): we request location permission to identify the pharmacy location / service area when needed, and to support map or field-related features inside the system. We do not use location for advertising.
• Camera permission: the camera is used exclusively to scan medicine/product barcodes to speed up search, stocktaking, and order workflows. It is not used for casual photography or surveillance.
• Notifications: to send important operational alerts (for example stock alerts or shift reminders when enabled).
• Operational data inside the system: such as inventory, sales, staff, and supplier records according to how the pharmacy uses the app.

2) Purposes of processing

• Verify user/staff identity and keep the system secure.
• Support daily pharmacy operations: inventory, sales, and suppliers, including barcode scanning.
• Provide technical/administrative support and send service-related updates and notifications.
• Activate subscriptions and operate paid access when required.

3) Data protection and security

• We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and security measures to help protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
• Access to data is limited to authorized persons for defined work purposes within the pharmacy/system.

4) Sharing with third parties

• We do not sell or rent personal data for marketing purposes.
• Some data may be processed by essential service providers (such as hosting, databases, and payment gateways for subscriptions), only as needed to deliver the service.
• We may disclose data when required by applicable law or competent official orders.

5) Your controls and permissions

• Users/staff may review and update personal profile details in the app where available.
• Location, camera, and notification permissions can be changed or revoked anytime in device settings. Disabling them may affect core features (for example barcode scanning or location-based tools).

6) Audience

The app is intended for pharmacy employees and management, and is suitable for ages 13+. It is not directed at children younger than 13.

7) Policy updates

IPS may update this Privacy Policy when needed. The latest version will be published on this page, and material changes may be communicated through the system when possible.
